Earlier this year, we unexpectedly had to repair a sink hole that developed as a result of an underground pipe that had been leaking for years and caused a 5' x 5' hole right outside of our building. The result was an unexpected cost of $10,000 for excavation, to repair the damaged pipe and refill the giant hole. This operation took three days to address, but its budgetary impact is still felt today.
We are in a position to expand our work to other areas of the metro area, but must first close the financial gap created by this unexpected expense.
