THE STORY:

Our students are restoring a very special 1950 Cessna 195. It has a 275 hp Jacobs radial engine that needs an overhaul as well as other costs associated with restoration.

This aircraft served American and British Intelligence during the 1950s. Agents were able to keep an eye on the Kashmir border between India and Pakistan during this time. The aircraft was housed as in a "flying club" owned by the country of Pakistan. Its current marking show N-number from Pakistan. But the donor researched the aircraft's origin and had its original N-number reassigned: N1005D.

So, please help our students learn STEM through this special aircraft.
