Hello my name is Mathias Amon I am 34 years old and from the beautiful city Kempten. After a long time with no regular sport activities I discovered my passion for running. But running was not enough for me. My goal was higher so I began to train for triathlons. Everybody thought I was crazy when the training got more intense, but that’s it for triathletes, one kind of sport is not enough. When something becomes my passion, it means a lot to me and I would most likely do anything for it. It takes up a big part of my attention as well. Nearly four years ago, my grandfather passed away from cancer, so it is a big concern to support people whatever their kind of cancer is to, make their life better and help them to be healthy and happy again. I would never beg for money, but I believe we can all make a difference. Every kind of support is welcome even if it is a small one.
Cancer is a thing that can affect everybody, it is important to support those people already suffering.
Chris McCormack (“Macca”) set up the MaccaNow Foundation to commemorate his mother who passed away from breast cancer in 1999. In 2013, Macca’s goal is to raise $50,000 with the help of the MaccaX Community, to provide assistance to families affected by breast cancer in order to lessen the financial burdens and improve their quality of life. Help support Macca’s goal, support your fellow MaccaX Community members by donating today, spreading the word about the MaccaNow Foundation and our $50,000 goal.
