LCI needs another advocate to assist in mobilizing the support necessary to ensure swimmable, drinkable, fishable waters for ourselves and our children, and the need is NOW!
Your tax-deductible contributions will be used to employ another Vermonter to advocate for an economy that protects water rather than pollutes it. This person will act as a steward of our drinking water, our fisheries, our beaches, and, ultimately, our public health.
The demand on LCI's staff has never been greater as a result of the EPA's focus on Lake Champlain, state failures to address harmful algal blooms and their associated toxic outbreaks, agriculture pollution and wastewater treatment failures, mounting beach closures, and ongoing threats to native fisheries. Help us help magnify your voice to make our waters the swimmable, drinkable, fishable waters they ought to be, that they need to be.
Please consider lending your support, today.
