How does my Charity get the Money?
Your organization can choose to receive its donations through Network for Good or WePay, both best-in-class payment processors. In either case, Crowdrise doesn't touch the cash. This is really important and a key benefit to the system we developed. We are committed to transparency and compliance and that's one of the main reasons why the biggest non-profits and events in the world use Crowdrise. If you choose to create a WePay account, you'll receive your donations in real time directly to your WePay bank account, less the Transaction Fees. If you choose to use Network for Good, they send payments to charities, less the Transaction Fees, on the 15th of each month that include all donations made in the previous month.
Do I need an account to make a donation?
You do NOT need a Crowdrise account to make a donation. We've timed it, and you can make a donation on Crowdrise in less than 30 seconds.
Easy, Affordable Pricing
There are three Account Types -- Basic, Featured and Royale. We made this gorgeous chart of Charity Account Types to make it really easy to compare the pricing and features. Choose whichever option works best for your Non-Profit. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com and we'll give you the greatest customer service in the world.
