Since 1996, The Congenital Heart Information Network has worked tirelessly to improve Awareness about Congenital Heart Defects and to advocate for those affected. Funds raised will help us to develop and distribute educational materials for families and the general public, and include information about signs and symptoms, facts about CHD, and resources for affected families and individuals. CHD Awareness Week materials and information for patients and families will be distributed nationally in the U.S.
