In November of 2003, my Mom was diagnosed with Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. For nearly 2 years, she battled this disease. She fought courageously while encouraging others along the way. On October 3, 2005, her fight ended when the Lord called her home. She spent her last day like she always lived, smiling, surrounded by family and friends and praising her Jesus. I'm still so thankful to have shared so many years with her on this Earth. What a testimony her life was to everyone around her.
On September 10, 2016, my niece Laynie and I are participating in the Teal Trot 5K to raise money for the Georgia Ovarian Cancer Alliance that goes to help research and fight this horrible disease. Won't you let please consider making donation to our team, Cheryl's Champions? Thank you so much!
