The Chicago Mudcats Sport & Social Club is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing Chicago’s youth through service, sports and scholarship. Originally known as Do it Right Baseball, founded in 2009 by former Northern Illinois University baseball player and Lane Tech High School Pitching Coach Justin Stringer, today the Chicago Mudcats organization has grown from a one-week summer baseball camp to the multi-faceted dynamic sports club it is today.

The goals of Chicago Mudcats Sports & Social Club, are as follows:

- to enhance and nurture athletics, education and the spirit of philanthropy for Chicago's youth;

- to provide services that encompasses not only athletics, but after-school programming as well;

- to provide Chicago's youth with a “home” and “safe haven” where they can connect socially and be involved in community, and ultimately learn to give back; and

- to develop mentoring partnerships and volunteers opportunities for program youth.

By building a connection around sports, education and service, Chicago Mudcats Sports & Social Club brings generations of Chicagoans together and is poised to be the premier sports club in the City.
