Jackson is an amazing eight-year-old boy. He was born in 2010 at Magee Womens Hospital. Shortly after birth he transferred to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Jackson was diagnosed at birth with Apert Syndrome. Apert Syndrome is a genetic condition that effects the growth and development of the bones in the skull, midface, hands, and feet. Jackson has been fortunate to receive excellent care through the Cleft Cranio-Facial Center at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Immediately after he was born a team of physicians and specialists were assembled to oversee his needs. To date he has had eleven surgeries, nine of which occurred at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Please help us to raise funds for the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. These funds will go to support children and families with similar needs.
