Did you know that women hold just 4.6% of Fortune 500 CEO positions? Yet research shows companies with the most female managers turned a 34% higher profit. G(irls)20 aims to cultivate a new generation of female leaders through education, leadership and entrepreneurial training, and global experiences. G(irls)20 launched in 2009 at the Clinton Global Initiative and currently supports 134 Ambassadors and more than 200 mentor-mentee connections across 20 countries.
The annual G(irls)20 Summit convenes delegates, ages 18-23, ahead of the annual G20 Summit to provide recommendations on how to increase female labor force participation. ELLE US Editor-in-Chief Robbie Myers is calling on you to join her in supporting this year’s G(irls)20 Summit delegates, who will be traveling to Turkey in October. The CHIME FOR CHANGE funding will help provide pre-Summit educational workshops, on-site programming, and post-Summit coaching and project development.
Join Robbie and ELLE today, and CHIME for the future generation of female leaders by donating!
