THE STORY:

I'm running for my best friend Chloe and her little sister, Miranda. Miranda was adopted from Nicaragua and has truly beat all odds to become the successful young lady that she is today. During her last year in high school, she amazed everyone with her new found love of running. Her fighting spirit inspires so many of us and reminds us that while life has its ups and downs, the support of family and friends is invaluable.

Miranda inspired Chloe to run and in turn Chloe has inspired me to run in my first race ever! In honor of Miranda, we are fundraising for the Nicaragua Initiative for Community Advancement -- www.nicafund.org. All donations and gestures of support are greatly appreciated!!
