I run because I can. I run to clear my thoughts.  I run to be healthy.  I run to spend time with my friends. I teach others to run. I run when it feels good.  I run when it hurts.  I run when it is easy.  I run when it is hard. I run because some cannot. But I keep running.

Team Cure It Foundation is a nonprofit organization fighting to cure pediatric cancer and providing personalized support for children diagnosed with this terrible illness, and their families. Founded in 2011, The Cure It Foundation is a grassroots organization built upon the compassion, hard work and dedication of patients, survivors, parents, physicians, nurses and communities.

It is the dual mission of The Cure It Foundation to fund national pediatric cancer research and to lessen the impact of the illness by providing support and care for children in our communities.

The struggles faced by children diagnosed with cancer are unimaginable.  No child deserves this to be a part of their life story which is why Team Cure It is committed to fighting this fight with them. Not quite a year ago, my 17 year old son had a friend diagnosed with prostate cancer. On a Monday morning he woke for school and could not pee, by the end of the week he was being treated for cancer.  That is why we created TEAM GUZMAN and that is why I, along with my fellow Cure It team members, am willing to fight our own struggles and battles in completing a 26.2 mile marathon in October.  Our pain is minor compared to what they and their families endure.

Please consider supporting with a minor donation, prayers (for Team Guzman and Team Cure It) and/or thoughts of encouragement .

Please visit our website for more information: Join us and together we wil Face It, Fight It, Cure It!

Thank you for your support...
