Christmas for Hogar Agape Children's Home and widows
Organized by: Michelle Lyons
In 2005 I made my first trip to Hogar Agape children's home in Managua, Nicargua. I have returned five times to love on and minister to the forgotten and left behind children in this region. Each year a group of caring people travel there to share the celebration of Christmas with these children along with widows in the community. The need is great. Food and necessities are the most favored gifts received. This year my oldest daughter Emma and I plan to travel with this team and provide as much financial support as possible. We can't pack much to take so we plan to buy food, provisions, hygiene items, and medicines while we are there. She and I last traveled to Nicaragua in 2010. She was 12 then and it was her second time there. The most important part of this fundraising opportunity is knowing the commitment to this cause and people by us, the stewards. We are committed to honoring your contribution to the fullest and making the biggest impact possible on the people God places in our path. Thank you for your prayerful consideration.
