Clean Water project for Sefula Village
Organized by: Maboshe Patrick
EVENT DATE Dec 31, 2017
During our visit to Maboshe Memorial Centre- MMC operation sites, upon visiting in some rural/remote communities and schools in Western Province of Zambia in Southern Africa, we returned home with a clear understanding of the water struggles thousands face in rural/remote communities of Western. We watched mothers bathing infants in dirty ponds, children from rural/remote schools walking miles to the community watering hole and the rationing of water within the community. MMC has been blessed to be able to set up a community school in this village, severely stricken with poverty and will also be used to feed families once a day. We now want to bring clean water to one of the poorest villages in Zambia. This goal will provide enough bucket filters for many families that will no longer have to face Thypoid and other contaminated water born illnesses and diseases with your kind and generous help.
