SUPPORT THE GREAT MARCH FOR CLIMATE

ACTION by clicking DONATE

Climate change is not the prevailing issue confronting our society - it is the prevailing crisis.  As such, on March 1, 2014, 1,000 climate patriots will set-out from Los Angeles, CA, walking 2,980 miles across America to Washington, DC, inspiring and motivating the general public and elected officials to take climate action.   This will be the largest coast-to-coast march in American history.

Every marcher is asked to raise $20/day to participate in the March, and this is her/his page.  The locations within the parentheses under each fundraiser are the starting and end points for each marcher.  Click "see more" to read more.

All donations go to the Clarion Alliance Fund, which is the fiscal sponsor for the Great March for Climate Action.  The Clarion Alliance Fund (CAF) is a Des Moines based offically recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  Since the 1980s, the CAF has been working on a variety of peace and justice concerns.  Over the years, it has also served as a fiscal sponsor for several other community organizations.
