The Story

EVENT DATE: May 12, 2018

DEADLINE TO GIVE: May 31, 2018

FUNDRAISER SET UP DEADLINE: May 11, 2018

It's a race and a fundraiser

Climb4Change is a unique racing event that raises money and awareness for the Town of Castle Rock’s Adaptive Recreation program. Participants, volunteers, businesses, and families with children with cognitive and physical disabilities band together for the race up the 200-step Challenge Hill built into the side of a mountain at Philip S. Miller Park.Think of a 5K, but instead of running 3 miles, you are racing up the stairs of the Challenge Hill at Philip S. Miller Park.

There's 3 ways to get involved:

1. Become a participant and race your heart out!

2. Become a fundraiser and support the program. Raise enough funds and your race entry is FREE, plus top fundraisers win cool prizes like zipline tours, round of golf, massages, and more!

3. Donate to a fundraiser and support your friends in their goals to become top dog.

Funds raised at the Climb4Change fundraiser are used to provide scholarships for program activities, purchase adaptive equipment, provide access to a wide variety of activities in a safe, respectful, and ability-focused environment.
