Ordinary people can do extraordinary things. Climb for ALS is a project helping to educate about and fight against ALS, more commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Climbing one mountain is a challenge. Three even more so. But battling ALS is far greater than either. Four average individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of those with ALS will attempt to climb Mt. Rainier, Gannett Peak, and Mt. Whitney all in the span of three months. Each mountain provide's it's own unique set of hurdles, making each climb it's own adventure. With the help of the ALS Association, gracious corporate sponsors, and many individuals whose lives have been touched by someone with ALS, their goal is to raise $15,000 for ALS research and awareness.
