EVENT DATE: Oct 26, 2012
"No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted." – Aesop
On 26 October 2012, we will embark on a six-day journey to the 5895 meter summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. The purpose of our climb is to raise money for children suffering from cancer in Lebanon. We will be hitting the mountain trails with our backpacks and no matter how cold, wet, and tired we may feel, we will not forget that our discomfort is trivial compared to that of children with cancer.
Please consider joining us in supporting the Children Cancer Center of Lebanon by making a donation to our fundraising campaign. Every dollar you contribute will go directly to the center, as we have self-covered all of our expedition costs. Visit our page and share it with your family, friends and colleagues who may also wish to make donations. As with all charitable endeavors, all donations, big or small, will make a difference!
We wholeheartedly thank you for your thoughtfulness and support. Thank you for considering this opportunity to join us in the fight against children's cancer.
