COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION FORUM ( CTF) ,is a Non profit making Community Based organization formed in Feb.2009 and duly registered.
This foundation was established to fight against HIV/AIDS , to help and support disadvantaged children sustain livelihoods and human rights regardless of their , race, national origin, gender, disability, religious belief or political affiliations .
Since 2009, we have empowered more than 100 children, 200 youth, 60 women and 40 families living with and affected to HIV/AIDS and Poverty.
Education is our first Priority because it is a key factor to National development. Our services mainly target orphans and vulnerable children; children out of school, the disabled who are unable to meet basic needs in life and affected persons.
These children need blankets, shoes and clothes too, because some have only 2 clothes in life, feed on 1 meal a day, go to school with empty stomachs and even some go to school bare footed. The children also lack self esteem and the motivation needed for their success as they see no hope for themselves.
Indeed, this is in direct response to the growing number of children and young people that are orphans, abused, neglected and other vulnerable children.
The majority of literate Ugandans go through two basic levels of education i.e. primary and secondary schools and very few make progress to university and other tertiary institutions. www.ctfuganda.webs.com
