Confederate Soldiers are US Veterans too

Organized by: Robert Welzel

President William McKinley declared in 1898 that every soldier’s grave made during the Civil War was a "tribute to American valor." Congress further declared that Confederate soldiers were combatants with legal status commensurate with the status of deceased Union soldiers. Media propaganda and public hysteria has prompted people to start desecrating the graves and tombs of Confederate soldiers in violation of Federal Law. This fundraiser is to generate the funds required to protect these US Veterans.

I have donated to support legal efforts to stop this, if not we have a duty as citizens to physically stop it. If not what is next? tear down the Washington Monument because he owned slaves, ban the cross and down churches because because they "preach hate" 3 years ago

Confederate soldiers were given by Congress the same status as Union soldiers, if we allow this to happen what will be next. The Communist dictator of Vietnam was in the White House recently, maybe they'll decide that Vietnam soldiers weren't spat upon enough and that we should dig up their graves too. This is an outrage and needs to be stopped. 3 years ago
