Connie Jo Sasser Survival Fund
Organized by: Beverly West
As many of you are aware, the Louisiana Gulf Coast area has and is being severely flooded. This is the result of rainfall! What many of you might not know is that my friend Connie Jo Sasser has been forced out of her home due to flooding. Her home was raised 15 feet off of the ground and had never flooded before. Therefore, she was not required to have flood insurance. So she did not. Connie Jo has a job and for that she is grateful!! Her employer has generously put her in a hotel until Saturday in Gonzales, LA. She has 3 pets whose current condition is unverified as she has been unsuccessful in reaching the veterinary office where they were boarded on last Saturday. All of you that know Connie Jo have a story of your own about her kindness, her willingness to lend a hand, her genuine friendship, her generous nature. I ask that you return in kind those "gifts" to our friend. Connie Jo seriously needs our help! Her needs are great. Connie Jo is not on social media. She is not on Facebook. So I'm also asking that you share this page and spend a few minutes sharing her story. Thanks in advance for your gift!
