Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a fatal genetic disorder affecting muscles of the limbs, trunk, the lungs, and the heart. The disorder is marked by a progressive loss of balance and muscle strength and a shortened life span, it leaves most patients wheelchair-bound by elementary school. This is a devastating diagnosis for Connor Curran, now 5 years old, and heartbreaking for his family. Please help our kids raise funds for research to find an end to Duchenne...medical professionals and researchers are now on the cusp of discovering a cure or an effective treatment. Partner with the community, and Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy to help Connor, and the thousands of other young boys who suffer from the disorder. A heartfelt thank you for your support and kindness!
