Weclome to my Fundraising Page!
UPDATE: You helped me raise over $1100!! Thank you thank you thank you!! I don't know if our deadline is Friday 4/19 at noon or 5pm so if this is up and you can chip in, we'll take it. THANKS!
My name is Phillip Ozaki and I'm on a mission to make the world a better place. My grandparents were forced into Japanese American internment camps during World War II. Two generations later, I face similar social and legal discrimination as a gay man.
I've set a personal goal of raising $1000 (because I passed my $500 goal) by April 25 to help our class get to Washington DC. Can you help us out by donating what you can?
Right now I'm in Pittsburgh doing the Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs. The fellowship's goal is to advance ethical and effective leaders who share a commitment to civic engagement.
The next step of our journey is to go to Washington DC with fellow fellows to learn how to make change on the national level. Having worked in DC before, I know this will be a life-changing experience for our class!
But we need your help to get there!
Use the donate button on the right to donate. I'm greatful for anything you can gave and look forward to the impact we'll make!!
The Coro Fellows in Public Affairs Class of 2013 is fundraising for their trip to Washington D.C. for National Affairs week. Read entire team page here.
