In the last 18 months I've had the opportunity to visit and work in rural villages in Mexico and Bolivia with CHOICE Humanitarian where I've been able to meet some of the most amazing people in the world. They are hard working, intelligent and want the best for their families, but the lack of clean, usable water makes life very difficult. They spend several hours each day carrying water home in buckets just to be able to cook and drink. These people are willing to work to gain better access to water, they just lack the financial means to dig wells, build storage tanks and run water lines. My goal is to raise $5,000 to be split evenly between the communities that CHOICE works with in Mexico and Bolivia to be used to build storage tanks, wells and water lines.
