BENEFITING: CONCERT FOR THE CURE FOUNDATION
CALLING ALL LOVERS OF CHARITY AND COSTUMES! We are raising money for Concert for the Cure, and our team is doing so by promising crazy costumes in return for donations. Once we reach $1,000.00 as a team, we have vowed to dress in the wackiest costumes imaginable on the Trinity campus, to all our classes, for a day!
Concert for the Cure is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that plans, oversees, and executes an annual country music concert benefiting Camp Discovery, which is an annual summer camp that occurs in Kerrville and is available to children affected by cancer who live in Texas. The ladies of Gamma Chi Delta sorority and its alumni ask that you help in any way you can! This year’s concert is a very special one because it marks our first decade as an event and foundation. We are always looking for new ways to raise awareness for our event, and what better way to raise awareness than through the ever-growing use of social media. Please help us attain our personal goal of $1,000.00 before our 10th Annual event on January 31, 2015.
