Coalition on Temporary Shelter via Crowdrise
January 05, 2015
Homelessness is a circumstance of poverty. COTS serves more than 800 people daily; one-third of those we serve are children.
COTS’ Family Shelter helps families by providing services and introducing resources that help them to build a healthy and stable family life.
On January 1, 2015, COTS will launch Passport to Self-Sufficiency™. This methodology will be a gradual adoption within COTS’ overall agency, beginning with the Emergency Shelter. This model will assist families in reaching their housing, economic, health, education and career goals through coaching, mentorship and support as they strive to overcome homelessness and break the cycle of poverty for the next generation and beyond.
Partner with COTS this holiday to provide hope, help and housing for families in need.
