CR3 DIABETES ASSOCIATION INC wrote -

CR3 Diabetes Association, Inc. has been invited to participate in the 2016 Revlon "Love Is On" Million Dollar Challenge. We are asking everyone to help us fundraise by forming a team or making a donation to support our programs, especially those individuals who have diabetes, have a relative suffering from diabetes or if you have lost a loved one regarding this disease. Diabetes is an EXPENSIVE disease to manage! Help us continue the movement. Challenge your friends, co-workers or family to support CR3 Diabetes and form teams to help us continue to make a difference. Upon winning the grand prize, CR3 Diabetes will implement an affordable discounted program for Continious Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS) and sensors to pregnant mothers to diabetics who live alone and diabetics suffering from hypoglycemic unawareness.

Russell Wilson Testimony:
“I understand the devastating effects that diabetes cause. When my dad passed away in 2010, I knew that I could make a difference with this disease. Upon meeting with Charles, Heather and Winston (The founders of CR3 Diabetes Association, Inc.) in May 2012, I enthusiastically accepted their invitation to become the Ambassador for CR3 Diabetes Association, Inc. and be the face of their organization. Since my involvement, the organization has provided affordable diabetic supplies such as glucose strips, meters, insulin pump supplies and certified refurbished insulin pumps to those in need; but there is more work to be done! Won’t you please help me make a difference?”

Lisa Pitt Testimony:
First I would like to say Thank You to Charles Ray and staff. It's because of these amazing people that I'm still alive.

My name is Lisa Pitt and this is my story. I have been fighting diabetes since I was three years old. As I got older my diabetes got worse. It got so bad that my doctor all but gave up. She told me the only thing that could help me was to get an insulin pump. Well I tried and my insurance would not cover it.  As we waited for other alternatives I started getting worse to the point of a kidney dysfunction, bladder dysfunction, diabetic neuropathy, legally blind, strokes, and some amputations. The, one of the nurses told me to get in touch with the CR3 foundation. After hearing my story they helped me procure the necessary insulin pump and supplies I needed to sustain life. After receiving the insulin pump my A1C went from 23 to 12 in six months. I'm doing a lot better thanks to CR3 for making my supplies affordable. It's because of them I'm still among the Land of the living. I can't begin to say thank you enough. For what they have done is worth more than a simple Thank you.

Stacey Leos Testimony:
"CR3 Diabetes has helped save my life! I cannnot thank them enough. Without their help, I could not afford to stay on my insulin pump. I would again be forced to take oral medications and several injections a day. My body does not tolerate the oral meds well and I endure many awful side effects. I also no longer have the constant worry of where I am going to get my supplies every month, this is a huge weight off my shoulders. Without their help, I can honestly say I would have given up on managing my diabetes. I hope that people will support CR3 Diabetes so I can continue to afford my life saving diabetic supplies.

Thank You!!!"
