Crisis relief 4 family @ edge of disaster
Organized by: Jullienna Endres
We are a family in a current crisis and facing the very real disaster of being forced to live with next to nothing on the sidewalks.
The truth is that we have been struggling to live on less than $500 per month for over 2 years, with no help from family or relatives.
We are currently surviving in a broken down 1987 Eldorado Motor Coach. The City wants to tow our broken home due to registration requirements, smogging, licencing fees, and fines. The Coach just barely moves and will not pass smog.
I have been working with people to attempt repairs, but with so little to work with my efforts are too slow for the State, and yesterday the police turned away the tow truck they had called, and Thank God for that miracle.
If we don't reach out for help now, we are very close to sleeping under bushes at night. That is why we have humbled ourselves and chosen to plead for a $20 donation from any good soul who is gracious enough of heart to give it. :)
Our family, Chris, (dad) Jullie, (mom) and Ayden (son - 5) Endres are a simple, honest and strong loving family. Our physical health challenges prevent us from living what most might call a "normal" lifestyle.
Living as sheltered homeless over the last few years has given us countless opportunities we did not take to make extremely poor life choices. We have witnessed so many destroy themselves around us, and our love for our son and our family has kept us resolute and strong.
We would rather face the challenge of finding a way to stretch $5 for over a week (which we have done several times) than ever consider doing anything criminal to upgrade our lifestyle.
Not every choice we have made worked out for the best, but we have always tried to consider things to the best of our ability and do the right things. We have faced each challenge with as much faith and wisdom as possible, until finally we have become overwhelmed and can no longer cope with our condition without help.
Our experience with this extreme poverty has given us very real life skills in frugality, resource management and clear honest character assessment. We have gained wisdom and grown.
The challenge for us is that so much has broken, and the city/State wants so much, and they are ready now to take it all from us by force.
We have found a way that is perfect for us to generate income, but we can't use it because it requires resources that we are forces now to use for simple survival.
$20 from 2,500 people will become a new life for this family where we will never again be reduced to this level of destitution, God willing!
Your donation will replace a driver's license lost to simple court fees, repair and smog and register a rolling home, fix flat tires, repair an engine, help a family establish and run a small business and so much more...
You and I may never meet face to face in real life, but please know we will be praying to God, recognizing you in gratitude before our heavenly Father, thanking him for sending you into our lives! :)
Thanks to You
