Cross's for Cross's
Organized by: Zachary Carr
Cross's for Cross's is about putting up aluminum Cross's where wooden Cross's are that aren't holding up well due to time and weather. It's important that when a family member or friend puts up a cross where a loved one passed away in a car accident that the cross stays up indefinitely. First cross went up in 2007 a year after my brother and best friend were killed, there are five cross’s currently on the side of the road. The uniformity of the cross’s being all the same help fight drinking and driving and reckless driving by reminding the community to drive safer. The positive influence the cross’s have is priceless, my goal is to put up a hundred cross’s that will make our roads safer and will replace older road side cross’s that are in disrepair. These cross’s look amazing, they hold up exceptionally well because there well made and can stand the test of time. The area around the cross's has to be maintained and grass cut regularly, donations are appreciated.
