This year’s event will be held on March 2, 2018 at the Radisson Paper Valley (333 W College Ave., Appleton). Two teams at a time will square off to present their course. Guests will be given a tasting of each teams’ culinary masterpiece and may then vote with their dollars for their favorite dish.
