Cumac Echo, Inc.

Alleviating hunger and its root causes for those in need in Paterson, Passaic County and New Jersey

CUMAC is one of the largest feeding programs in northern New Jersey and we're on a mission to feed people and change lives.  Our pantry feeds around 2,800 people every single month.  Our depot helps close to 50 smaller feeding programs -shelters, soup kitchens, afterschool programs and pantries- get food to those in need.

Our afterschool program provides a safe place to learn and grow for local youth and our job training program helps those seeking gainful employement learn the job skills that will help them succeed.  Our disaster relief program gives help to those recovering from fire and flood and our thrift shop provides high quality items at a price our community can afford.

Our permanent supportive housing program endeavors to serve men and women with disabilities who are chronically homeless. This program provides services that assist each individual with setting and meeting personal goals and connecting to resources that will help them to become more self sufficient and live healthy and productive lives.

Our seasonal collections get holiday gifts, Easter baskets and school supplies to youth in need and our season food collections help ensure that families can celebrate together despite economic obstacles.
