Daisy Mae's Vet Care
Organized by: Kathleen England
This is Daisy Mae. When we got her as a therapy dog for my late husband, we had no idea we were saving her from a form of abuse. When the vet went to spay her we found out she'd had a botched caesarian which developed a lot of scar tissue. They had bred her too many times, had a younger dog to take over and didn't want her anymore.
She now needs her teeth taken care of before she loses any more and develops heart disease from the decay. I am now widowed, disabled. and on a fixed income and cannot afford the vet bill. She is a precious and loving animal and I cannot bear the thought of losing her early because I couldn't take care of her. She is as comforting to me as she was to my husband, Max, in his last days. Please help if you can! Thank You!
