THE STORY:

Hello, my name is Dan Bihler, I'm 67 but in decent health. I do ride my bike quite often. It is stored outdoors due to a lack of indoor storage space. Some years ago a squirrel chewed up the original Schwinn seat. I think it was a heavy vinyl but I did have to replace it. At my age I can't sit on those rail like bike seats so I bought a comfortable cushioned fabric covered seat. After the squirrel damage I came up with hanging a old plastic food bag over the seat. It worked fairly well but they do blow off and they don't keep the seat dry during rain. So I designed a seat cover that has a heavy elastic strap to keep it in place, but it is fully waterproof. I had one made a local tailor shop and sent it to a factory to get a quote to manufacture them. I did get a quote and with that I went to a container company, got a quote on packaging and a quote on labels as well. All in all the overall cost of each is a bit over $3.50 each. I feel these could easily be sold at $8.99 each so now I need some help in marketing them. I could use any help I can get. Sincerely, Dan Bihler
