BENEFITING: BORGEN PROJECT
My name is Dani Doedens, Sociology and Psychology double major at UC Davis, hula hoop fantatic, yoga gurue, nature lover and most importantly journalist for the Borgen Project. Although you will often find me singing along to the radio, giggling to some funny joke or even spending time at the lake with friends, my heart truly belongs to social service and humanitarian efforts.
My privileges growing up have allowed me access to potable water, sufficient amounts of food and higher education. I am beyond thankful for the opportunity to live without fear or uncertainty. Unfortunately this is not a reality for many of the world's population. This is why I decided to join the Borgen Project, one of the nation's most influential and powerful global poverty reduction campaigns. Joining 200 other volunteers, I became part of a campaign striving to educate about, advocate for and make strides towards global poverty reduction. With one hundred percent certainty, I can guarentee the Borgen Project's intentions are consistent with mine, "to be the change [we] wish to see in the world".
With just one donation you too can be the change and help reduce global poverty. Are you up for the challenge? Join me and the Borgen Project in the fight against global poverty!
