Darryl Fuller is a South Carolina Native. At the age of 5 years old Darryl suffered head trauma that cracked his cranium. By the age of 8 a mental cat scan was underway for Darry and he was under the South Carolina Department of Mental health since. Darryl received a Disability check every month. Febuary 2006 By the age of 20 Darryl brother was slaughtered in Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center and Darryl stopped his medication. 5 months after His brother death he was assaulted at a club by the venue staff. Due to His Bipolar, schizophrenic, and Antisocial instabilities he shot a man. During the preliminary due process of this case it was court ordered that a competency evaluation be completed on Darryl to see if He was in a healthy mindset during the crime. However state prosecutors and public defenders never completed the Competency violating Doctors orders for additional records. Sentencing Darryl Fuller to 30 years for Murder. We are raising money to investigate this mentally ill African American Competency to get him a fair trial. BLACK LIVES MATTER!!!!!!!
