Hi all,

I've signed up to the Philadelphia Marathon on Nov 17th. It's a bit last minute but looking on the bright side, look at all the training I didn't have to do :)

As some of you know I recently adopted and sadly had to give back a dog from a great New York charity called "Stray From the Heart". I wish I could have kept Jade but sadly, it just wasn't possible. I'm hoping to make up for this by raising these guys as much money as I can. It's a great cause. This charity does so much to help abandoned and/or physically challenged dogs and find them great homes. Jade, for example, now has a great home and is very happy.
