I am excited to participate in this event! February 14, 2014 marked the 12th year anniversary of me donating a kidney to my Uncle Lennie at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Although this fundraiser is for heart disease and not diabetes, I am happy to help support BWH.
I have also enjoyed participating in ClimbCorps, a free program offered by BWH where I get to climb the stairs at the Pru for exercise each week.
Thank you so much for stopping by my page. Please consider making a donation to get me closer to or even to exceed my goal!
If I raise $500 I will be entered into a drawing for 4 tickets to a Red Sox game. If I win, I will take the top 3 donors!
ClimbCorps is thrilled to host the first ever stadium climb at Fenway Park to raise funds and awareness for heart disease - America's #1 killer. On June 7, 2014, thousands of climbers will come together at ClimbAmerica! to scale the stairs in Boston's historic Fenway park to have fun, get moving and make a difference in the fight against heart disease. Registration is free and to help make the biggest impact in the fight against heart disease, all climbers are required to raise $200 before or on event day. Space is limited so guarantee your spot and register today!
