We are climbing to create change
We are climbing to promote mobility for all individuals regardless of financial ability
We are climbing for ROMP!
ROMP is a global non-profit/for-impact healthcare organization dedicated to providing prosthetic and orthotic care to those without access to these services. ROMP believes that prosthetic limbs and orthotic braces are not simply medical devices, but instruments of personal empowerment. Individuals are not disabled because of a missing limb, but rather a missing prosthesis.
Join us as we attempt to climb 25 mountains in 15 worldwide locations. We are asking individuals to use their abilities to create mobility for others. These climbs aim to raise $50,000 to provide prosthetics to those that need them most.
The Colorado Climb will tackle Mt. Sanitas in Boulder and is for all people of all skill level and physical condition, including individuals with disabilities. We will be offering a Kids Camp for kids who are potty trained and up. This camp will be organized and run by Blissful Kids out of Denver, a licensed and insured provider of innovative kids programming.
The drop off for camp will be at the parking lot for the event. There will be a 1 to 10 ratio of counselors to campers. You will have the opportunity to register for camp during the check out process. You will receive an email one week prior to the event of what to expect, bring, and prepare your kids for before this awesome C4R opportunity.
PARKING: Parking for the event, the kids' camp, and after party will all be held at Mapelton Hospital parking lot @ 311 Mapleton Ave Boulder, CO 80304.
