BENEFITING: HARBOR HOUSE DOMESTIC ABUSE PROGRAMS INC
The Warrior Princess Mud Run is a non-competitive 5K adventure run and obstacle course designed for women and men of all fitness levels. The event is the largest fundraiser of the year for Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs and participants have raised over $240,000 for the agency!
This isn’t a timed event, so there’s no pressure to beat a certain time, only the incentive to complete the course to become a true “Warrior Princess,” joining the fight to end domestic violence. As we all know, sometimes life ain’t no fairy tale, but even when the going gets tough, the toughest look better wearing a crown—and a little mud!
Unlike other popular mud run events, ALL proceeds from this event go to support Harbor House Domestic Abuse Programs and the agency’s work to end domestic violence in our community. Remember, every donation counts! Whether $5, $25, or $100, each gift makes a huge difference to helping survivors of domestic violence and their families.
I have until August 27, 2015 to reach my fundraising goal, so if you can't donate now, there's still time!
