BENEFITING: CHILDRENS INTERNATIONAL SUMMER VILLAGES INC
This summer CISV DC will host a CISV summer village in our nation's capitol. It is a tremendous undertaking that will bring together 48 children from 12 nations for 28 days of cultural exchange, peace education and global friendship in Washington, DC.
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!! We currently do not have the funds needed for the operational costs.
Hosting the children, leaders and staff that makes this possible definitely takes a village. Please contribute to underwrite the costs to make this incredible program a reality.

CISV Villages are international camps that inspire 11-year-old children to imagine a more just and peaceful world. The children come together from many different countries to take part in a variety of educational, cultural and fun activities.
Each delegation has two boys and two girls, accompanied by an adult leader and the camp is coordinated by adult staff, supported by Junior Counselors (age 16-17).
They work together to build a feature of peace and understanding between nations.
