The Mitchell's Story
This morning, Dee Mitchell finished her race with confidence as she passed away from her battle with cancer. Many of you know the Mitchell family, personally & professionally. Norman, in particular, has been a friend to many of us here in Summerville and has appeared "like magic" when one of us needed help. Now, it is OUR turn to be there for both him and his family, in their moment of need, as they grieve and celebrate Dee's short lifetime here with us. Please consider donating to help with the unexpected and ongoing expenses that were associated with her illness.
The Hungerford family began their own non-profit, #Road2Recovery, last summer after Kyle was diagnosed with a recurrence and was scheduled for a stem scell transplant. This organzation is to assist those with financial difficulties during treatment so that they can pay their household and/or medical bills when they are unable to work.
This will be the 7th family we have been able to assist in the past year due to YOUR generosity!
It is our intent as a family to help those in our local community by giving back the same support that we have received as a family through financial gifts, encouragement and prayers. If you are financially blessed and feel led, please consider making a donation! We understand that this may not be a good time or that you have your own causes to support, so we would also appreciate your prayers for those families that we are assisting.
Much love and appreciation!
