Dental Surgery Funding

Since my friend was a child she always had a great fear of the dentist. This fear was so bad that it caused her to avoid visiting the dentist and ultimately neglecting the care of her teeth. Her fear was so intense that even when she knew she had a cavity she just could not foster the courage to go to the dentist until the pain was so excrutiating that she simply had to go, which usually results in the tooth being extracted because it was so badly damaged. In recent years she has somewhat gotten over this fear, but because of the many years of neglect she has lost several teeth, still have a few to be extracted, and have lost what was once a beautiful smile. She would really like to be able to smile again without fearing that someone will see her many missing teeth. Losing her teeth, especially those closest to the front of her mouth, has really lowered her self esteem and has left her feeling insecure. With your help she will be able to have dental surgery done and be fitted with prosthetis. They wont be real teeth, but just the ability to smile confidently would greatly enhance her confidence. I've truly learnt that a smile is worth a thousand words and I would really love for her to have hers back.
