One of my best friends is a former Navy SEAL. I'm fortunate that I can use the word "former." Not every SEAL makes it home. Some of you know my friend. He was a groomsman in my wedding. We've known each other for more than 30 years. That makes me feel old. He's like the brother I never had. I've been there for his good times and for his bad times, and him similarly with me. He's one of the bravest people I've ever met. This country remains free today in part because of his bravery, and that of other SEALs and members of the military. I am running Sunday morning for him. It's the very least I can do. Would you please consider donating what you feel comfortable donating to the Navy SEAL Foundation? This money goes directly to the foundation. My pledge to my friend -- and to you -- is to run every step with the same strength that carried him through his duty.
