BENEFITING: Freedom From Hunger
I want to create a diet plan for most people. I can already hear the screams "I already have a diet" so on and so on. I am not talking about one that is just for you but one that would help others. I want you to take all of your grocery receipts and then average out what you spend on food, now after 2 or 3 weeks of any diet you want, (don't go and hurt yourself) (a good diet) average out how much you spend on food now. After you have done that donate all of the money to a charity. I realize that you may or may not think that this will help but if ten thousand people are doing this and donating 1 -15 dollars then I think that we could REALLY make a difference.
