I've had the pleasure of working with Chris Smit and Jill Vyn, the dynamic leaders at the helm of the DisArt Festival. The Fed Galleries @KCAD hosted the Art of the Lived Experiment and Icebreaker exhibitions as well as many performances, lectures and the DisArt Fashion Show. The folks at DisArt have increased our awareness in how we define access and inclusivity and they have gained an advocate for life. I'm looking forward to future partnerships and programming and am excited to see DIsArt become another beacon in our community 3 years ago
