THE STORY:

The first annual Dustin Lamb Memorial Golf Tournament is now set for September 2015. All proceeds for this event will go to the USO, a nonprofit, nongovernmental agency that has supported our military for over 70 years. Thanks to your generosity, the USO will continue to provide resources and support troops. The USO doesn’t just provide entertainment, they assist with transitions from service, rehabilitation and reintegration of the wounded, and survivor support during the loss of our servicemen or women. The USO lifts the spirits of America’s troops and their families. You are able to touch the lives of America’s troops through an extensive range of programs at more than 160 locations in 27 states and 14 countries. Thousands of USO volunteers do everything possible to provide a home away from home for our troops and to keep them connected to the families they left behind. This charity was chosen to honor the life of Sgt. Dustin Lamb, veteran of the United States Marine Corps. While a marine, Dustin had expressed gratitude for the USO and the accommodations they provided as he traveled. We hope that you will join us in celebrating his life and supporting this cause on September 5th 2015 at Adobe Creek National Golf Course 876 18 1/2 Rd. Fruita, Colorado! Your contributions show support for America’s troops and their families.
