I've been very lucky in my life where I haven't had anyone in my family diagnosed with cancer. The closest experience, I had to cancer is one my sister's college mates, Janet Liang died from leukemia last year. She fought hard and pushed her cancer into remission in June 2010. 1 and a half years later she would go into relapse. Unfortunately through complications of the chemotherapy, she would not make it a 2nd time. I would like to dedicate this workout to Janet and her family.
Here is a link to her story: http://www.helpingjanet.com/
Now for the fun part.
I have created a tiered system for the workout I will do on a later date after crush cancer when certain dollar amounts are met.
$100 - 100 double unders
$200 - 100 double unders + 100 squats
$300 - 100 double unders + 100 squats + 100 pushups
$500 - 100 double unders + 100 squats + 100 pushups + 100 burpees
$1000 - 100 double unders + 100 squats + 100 pushups + 100 burpees + 100 pull-ups
