BENEFITING: HELPING HAND FOR RELIEF & DEVELOPMENT INC
Kashmir is a region disputed between India and Pakistan since its partition in 1947. The 435 mile long Line of Control which separates them is the border where fighting is exchanged, such as the pellet warfare which can cause permanent blindness. Human rights workers have found nearly 1,000 unmarked graves on the Line, which led to an investigation that revealed more than 2,000 buried corpses. The violence has killed up to 70,000 people, and your donations will help the suffering experienced by countless men, women, and children.
