BENEFITING: AINSLEYSANGELS OF AMERICA
"All kids need is a little help, a little hope, and someone who believes in them" Magic Johnson.
From the moment I held Emmalyn and Cailyn I knew they were destined to do whatever their hearts desired. These amazing little girls both have Down syndrome, but, that does not stop them from doing the things they love. Every day brings new challenges and they meet these challenges with determination. Always quick with a smile and a hug, they impact the lives of everyone they meet. Last year they became athlete riders with Ainsley's Angels. Since that time they have participated in several races and the Marine Corps Half Marathon. Their biggest challenge as an athlete rider is to pull their angel runner to the finish line. Emmalyn and Cailyn meet this challenge with a smile and hugs for all. They begin every race with their Dunkin Donuts Vanilla Chai Tea (this is a must) and then they settle back and race with the wind. October 30, 2016 they will be participating in the 41st Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, D.C. They are going to pull their Angel Runners 26.2 miles. This is their very first full marathon. Please help make this possible for Emmalyn and Cailyn so they are able to cross the finish line while they are running alongside the Marines. Every little bit counts and will mean so much to both girls and their very proud mommy.
