Dr. Orchard has earned his white lab coat and the respect that goes with it. He has researched rare diseases like metachromatic leukodystrophy and cares for terminally ill children at the University of Minnesota day in and day out. But he will trade that coat in for a toga in the name of research and awareness this September if we raise enough money. Now, how many world famous, brilliant researchers do you know that are also willing to have some fun and show up to a race in a toga? At least one other, it turns out. Dr. Orchard's colleague Dr. Jakub Tolar has also agreed to a little friendly competition. Whichever researcher raises the most money will come to the 5k in a toga. Help us make this happen and 100% of the funds raised for both of these phenomenal human beings' exciting work at the University of Minnesota.
